We pride ourselves on sustainably breeding healthy, happy, docile Scottish Highland cattle. We are expecting several calves this summer and adding some more animals to grow our fold to 15. We believe in providing our cattle with the best life possible: open pastures, fresh air, high quality hay, and long, stress-free lives where they are treated with love, compassion, reverence, and respect. We lovingly grow seasonal blooms in our gardens and arrange them into whimsical, rustic mason jar bouquets for you to enjoy at home or give as a gift. Jars and arrangements will be updated weekly at the farm stand so be sure to stop by and see what’s available once it’s open!

There’s nothing quite like biting into a slice of fresh, crusty sourdough bread or savoring the sweet, complex layers of a sourdough muffin or scone, don’t you think? Lizzie has spent years mastering the art of sourdough and is working towards getting her VT Cottage Bakery License to be able to provide these sourdough goods to you. Stay tuned!

We have been busy getting our current apple trees back in tip top shape while simultaneously planting more apple, pear, and peach trees in our small orchard.
