Meet your farmers.

Lizzie is an adventuring soul who has spent decades learning and cultivating a unqiue skill set for creating a sense of home no matter where she is. She has lived and travelled throughout the US and abroad for most of her life, soaking in the richness of different cultures, foods, and ways of life, while simultaneously embracing the beauty of planting roots, creating home, and returning to a simpler, quieter way of living.

She has worked on traditional wooden sailboats throughout New England as a deckhand and an assistant cook before moving on to teaching elementary school for nearly a decade. Once she became a mother, she transformed her classroom teaching skills into guiding others through yoga and meditation practices. Before leaving Connecticut, she owned a small boutique yoga studio/ healing space that specialized in motherhood support.

She values slow living, being outside and in rhythm with the land, the environment, family, following her intuition, feminism and equality, movement/ exercise, and deep, meaningful connections.

When she’s not chasing around their young lassies or helping run the farm, you can often find her elbow deep in sourdough baking, farm projects, growing and creating beauty, exploring outside, or laughing over a coffee with friends.
